"Life is lived forward, but understood backward. It is not until we are down the road and we stand on the mountain looking back through the valley that we can appreciate the terrain God has allowed us to scale.” Jill Savage

How to stay young longer - lessons number 7 and 8....

7. Surround yourself with what you love: Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.

8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

Man these sound so good, but are they possible in today's world? I'd love to be able to just surround myself by what I love, but life gets in the way. My home can be my refuge or it can be the very thing I want to run away from!

I do cherish my health.

Love,
Chatty
