"Life is lived forward, but understood backward. It is not until we are down the road and we stand on the mountain looking back through the valley that we can appreciate the terrain God has allowed us to scale.” Jill Savage

Joyful Emptiness

"The beginning of all paths and the foundation of all ascents is to open yourself to receive from Above.

And how do you receive from Above?

By being empty -- because a full vessel cannot receive, while an empty vessel has a hollow to be filled.

That is why we must run from anything negative; because a negative person is so filled with his own self-pity, there is no room left to receive anything, no opening for life to enter.

But a humble, open spirit is vibrant with joy." Author Unknown

Let's keep our bodies open to receive good positive things - Love from God is one of the first things we can put in our vessel and the list goes on.

Again once you start finding out who you are you can add those things as well. You are a positive being just yourself. Tell yourself you are worthy. Do one thing for yourself today. Call a friend. Take a drive. Go to lunch somewhere and people watch - alone - it's okay. Go to Barnes and Noble and get a cup of coffee and look around and look at new books. When it's raining go out and puddle jump - remember when we were kids?

Start a new business and meet new people there at the trainings. For me they have been extremely happy positive people. It gets you out of your comfort zone to talk to strangers and tell your story.

Growing is something you can add to your vessel. I know people whose vessel is so full of themselves and their problems and their anger that it is totally impossible for them to look forward. Youcan't be teachable when your vessel is full of negativity. Trust me.

We must be teachable. Don't worry what others think of you. Who cares. You only have to andwer to God.

Opening my vessel,
Love Chatty
