Okay I do believe this quote is true. However, it is terribly hard. I think this has to do with faith.
Sometimes you're faith wavers, you have doubts, but you hang in there anyway. And sure enough you faith comes back.
You don't feel it, but it's there, like the wind.
I guess sometimes you ask God to help you forgive, you might need some time to do that and eventually you will, but you might not ever forget...
