"Life is lived forward, but understood backward. It is not until we are down the road and we stand on the mountain looking back through the valley that we can appreciate the terrain God has allowed us to scale.” Jill Savage

I was thinking the other day (and I think a lot) that everything simple thing we do is really not so simple.

Yet these simple things are liberating.

Walking.

Standing.

Sitting.

Eating.

You ever think about these simple yet not so simple tasks?

When you do the following tasks, think about what all it is that you are doing and feeling. Use all your sense. Then, do it enthusiastically.

When eating, eat.

When sitting, sit.

When standing stand.

When walking walk.

Do you get the simpleness amiss the very complicated acts?

Right at this moment, right at this second we are free. It doesn't matter what we're doing. How crazy and stressed our life is. It makes no difference what people are doing around us to make feel more fragmented and alone. We are free if we chose to be! No one can 'really' control your mind - unless you chose to let them. And that ain't easy, but it is doable!

Let go. Recognize your happiness and freedom here right now, right this second.

Love,
Chatty

We really don't always think over the things we do because such actions as eating and sitting are usual for us. But if we reflect on our life everything seems to be so interesting and every action is unique.
