"Life is lived forward, but understood backward. It is not until we are down the road and we stand on the mountain looking back through the valley that we can appreciate the terrain God has allowed us to scale.” Jill Savage

Sundays View

Bread from Heaven

Your place is the wilderness.

The bread you eat falls from heaven.

The basket you collect it in is your attitude.

Clutch your basket tight and your manna will have no place to rest.

Open it up and look to the heavens and your basket will always be full.
(Sent to me by my Jewish friend.)
Sometimes we clutch too tight and what would come to us can't get through to us. Letting go and waiting or seeing what will or will not come to you is hard. But then again what good is something if you have to keep asking for it and the answer is no? Maybe you're looking or wanting for the wrong thing.
Look up towards Heaven and your life will be full - if you open yourself up to receive what it wants you to have, verses what you think you must have = a change of attitude.

Love,
chatty
