My dad had a saying about gratitude and those who never seemed to have any: "Some people wouldn't be happy if you hanged 'em with a new rope."

LOL...just a backwoods saying, but really, it is so tiresome to meet people who have no gratitude! Guess I should be grateful it doesn't happen more!
