What would you do if you knew you would not fail?

"If you want to fell secure, do what you already know how to do.

But if you want to grow . . . go to the cutting edge of your competence, which means a temporary loss of security.

So . . . whenever you don’t quite know what you are doing, know that you are growing. "

Knowing you might fail and knowing you won't fail is a huge difference when it comes to taking risks - isn't it?

You have to do your own growing no matter how tall your grandfather was.
-Abraham Lincoln

Happy Birthday to Elizabeth Shue - Three words - Adventures In Babysitting - one of the funniest movies I've ever seen - my kids loved it, now my grandson does.

Love,
Chatty

If I knew I could totally succeed -- I'd take early retirement and write a novel. Of course, I can still work on a novel, just no guarantee it would get published.

There is a big difference of risk between knowing we would succeed and maybe succeeding - right?

I like the quote from Abraham Lincoln. My favorite Lincoln quote is "Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be."

Our minds are a terrible thing to waste.

Doesn't it make you mad that we don't follow our dreams?
