Happy Valentine's Day

“You know you're in love when you don't want to fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.” —Theodor "Dr. Seuss" Geisel

Now this video is my Valentine's gift to you - I know some don't open and watch them - and whatever you do is okay with me - choices choices - but this is a good one.

Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they are happy. - Eskimo saying

I forgot to tell you that Elizabeth Taylor and Joanne Woodward how we are the same - besides beauty, brains, and money - they have my birthday - that was on my list of things you did not know about me a week or so ago. My birthday is 2/27 and I am 20 years younger than Liz.

Happy Birthday Jack Benny - Wikipedia has so much interesting information it was hard for me to pick. Every body loved Jack and he had a great career:

Jack Benny (February 14, 1894 – December 26, 1974), born Benjamin Kubelsky, was an American comedian, vaudevillian, and actor for radio, television, and film. Widely recognized as one of the leading American entertainers of the 20th century, Benny played the role of someone comically "tight" with his money, insisting on remaining 39 years old despite his actual age, and often playing the violin badly.

Benny was known for his comic timing and his ability to get laughs with either a pregnant pause or a single expression, such as his signature exasperated "Well!" His radio and television programs, tremendously popular in the 1930s, 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s were a foundational influence on the situation comedy.

I'm amazed that Jesus would do this all for me who is such a sinner; I'm amazed that he healed people and fed people and was kind to people who a short time later could have been in that crowd shouting to crucify him. He truly is an amazing God :)

thanks for the video; enjoyed watching it

I hope you had a nice day Sandie

(to answer your question, I actually was born in Pennsylvania, moved to California when I was 7 with my mom, brother, sister; moved to Oregon five years after I got married, lived there for 5 years, came back to California for 2 years, then New Mexico for 2 years, then Montana for 8 years and back to California almost 4 years ago. I'm thinking God wants us in California, LOL :)

Happy Valentine's Day! Just dropping by to say thank you for signing the card at Joyce's tea the other day. It arrived yesterday and I was so touched! I actually started crying!

It was very sweet for everyone to think of me!

I have 2 Star Wars fans in our house! When they were younger they use to get so excited when we would go to the library to rent the older movies and they still have tons of the figurines. My daughter has threatened to have a Star Wars themed wedding. I hope she changes her mind!!!

HI!!!
So happy you popped in to say hi!!!!
I think Valentine's day is also your birthday?????
If so Happy Birthday!!!!
Happy Valentine's day too!!!
I heard on the news a few days ago, all 50 states had some measurable snow on the ground!!!! Yes, Hawaii has some very tall mountains on the big island that do get snow!!! I know as I have been there in Jan.
The next day they came out and said although Hawaii does have snow now, it is NOT measurable!!!!
But 49 states with snow!!!! wow!!!
We flew into Atlanta, for a layover in Jan. 2 years ago and it was snowing!!!!!
Our flight was delayed like 3 hours!!!!!
So I am happy to meet new blgger friends, my Dad always said "make a new friend every day or you have wasted a chance to make a new friend!!!So hello to you my new friend!!!!
hugs,
jamie

Happy Valentine's Day to you too, my friend! (It's still <3 Day here...) and Happy Birthday, too if I caught that right!

We watched Jack Benny a lot when I was young, and he was pretty funny, but I liked Rodchester, his helper (don't remember if he was his driver or something)best! Be careful of the slick spots.
