Tuesdays Show and Tail

Welcome to the Nineteenth Weekly Segment of Tuesdays' Show & Tail! I hope everyone will join Angela every Tuesday to post a picture of two of your pets, wildlife or visit to the zoo and tell a little about them! Tuesdays' Show & Tail is about having fun, and giving us a chance to meet other pet owners in the blogging community. If you are visiting and would like to join in on the fun, please do so! Everyone is welcome. It's very easy to do.

I can't have a pet. I have tried 3 times and have broken my children's (and my own) hearts and I just can't do it anymore. So I live vicariously through my friends with animals, blogs, and videos. Now all you Corgi lovers have turned me into Corgi lovers - but I also love the pugs - so you have shown me Corgi's and now I am going to show you Pugs.

Now check this one out!

Gypsy Rose Lee (born January 8, 1911[1] – April 26, 1970) was an American burlesque entertainer, famous for her striptease act. She was also an actress and writer, whose 1957 memoir, written as a monument to her mother, was made into the stage musical and film.
From Wikipedia - I didn't know that!

that pug in the pool was sooo cute! he finally got the hang of swimming :)

so sorry you can't have a pet (I know the allergies prevent you from having one); I know it is hard when family, especially young ones, want one.

I love the peacock! My grandmother raised a number of unusual "pets" including peacocks. When we would spend the night we would hear roosters, doves and peacocks. They also had a mynah bird, bird dogs, a skunk, bees, a bob cat, dog and a couple of cats.

My grandparents were the ultimate animal lovers.

Oh man, I feel for you not being able to have a pet, at least one!

I wondered if she was going to ever let the pug try swimming on his own! That was cute, but he looked like he might sink, his nose was soooo close to the water!

Hi Sandie....Don't know too much about dogs. My Honey Cat has spent the last 15 years with us and she's our only pet. She's a grandma cat, now, and still as loveable as the day we got her. Thanks for today's post! Sincerely,Susan from writingstraightfromtheheart.blogspot.com

Pugs are hilarious to me - they just have that "look"! My vet is a pug owner and my daughter has pictures of pugs on her wall. That video is just too cute ~ hope you're having a good day! ♥

Thanks for visiting my blog and for the very nice comments~Thank you for sharing your love of dogs too! It is difficult to live with allergies, I have chemical allergies which keep me from so many things, so I understand your difficulties of not being able to have your own pet, I am blessed pets are about the only thing I am not allergic to. I am glad to be able to bring a little light into your world thru my art~
Sincerely
Karen

Oh Sweetie...
Thank you for sharing. This little pug is precious. I have a Boston Terrier (he's in my side scroll bar on my blog), and he looks to be about the size of this little pug. They are somewhat similar. I just adore him. He can't swim a lick he sinks to the bottom of the pool like a rock.

Sorry you cannot have pets, as we would be so lost without one. They are such good theraphy for us.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I so love to share. Have a beautiful day torrow sweetie.

Country hugs...Sherry

Although I love herding dogs my SIL has a pug that comes to visit that I am really fond of. Just adore his little wrinkled face. Great pictures.

Allergies and pets are not a good mix. We purchased a dog with hair instead of fur and that actually worked. I could never ever handle living with a cat. Now the Pug and his swimming lessons was cute but I bet he was happy to be out of the water after all of that:)
