Tuesdays Show and tail . . .

It is Angela's at West Virginia Treasure's One year Anniversary today - please check her out and join us on Show and Tail Tuesdays. She'll tell you all about it there.

Alaska Hummingbird

I went to Alaska two years ago - I never saw a hummingbird - but this is quite interesting. They are drinking right out of their hands. Enjoy . . .

Trusting. Loving.

Oh my Sandie! I love, love, love hummingbirds! That is just amazing how they were eating right out of their hands like that. And there were so many of them too! I had no idea that they went to Alaska! I would have thought it would be too cold for them there. Thanks for sharing such an interesting video with us this week!

I agree with the commenter that they wouldn't have thought of Alaska and hummingbirds as going together. They must be so hearty of birds to survive the elements. What a neat video Sandie!

So tiny. I never would have thought they'd be in Alaska, either.

Love the quotes. They're speaking to me right now...

Loved the hummers, Sandie. So adorable and amazing.

Got a kick out of GS trying to climb that bear in your last post. He's a riot.

Take care and have a wonderful evening. Susan

Wow!
Were that me, I'm sure my hand would be trembling from sheer excitement. Then, of course, they wouldn't come anywhere's near)!

My husband loves hummingbirds. Actually I do also. I didn't have the heart to put up our feeder this summer without him home. Next spring. Never knew you could feed one from your hand! Amazing.
