You HAVE to watch this - amazing

Okay this is for the people who like to learn new things and for people who want to see the power of ice! And who created ice, water, rivers, mountains, etc? This will hopefully blow you away as much as it did me!

This is what I am going to tell myself at PT today - wow Friday was rough - he made me sweat and I didn't move anything but my knee! I go to the doctor the first time tomorrow. Six weeks today!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry to vent - I do great - until PT - and then I cry afterwards like a baby! lol

That video was awesome! Thanks for sharing. I guess with PT you mean physiotherapy. It can be SO painful, and I really feel for you there. Hope you get some relief afterwards though. Take care.

That is amazing. I ca't even fathom.

I sure hope you feel better after today's PT visit. Just keeping telling yourself the old mantra from sports, "No pain, no gain." Of course that doesn't help with a throbbing knee, but I hope and pray that you won't have that today. I wish you a pain free day, my friend. That's my prayer for you.

XO,

Sheila :-)

The Frazzle Ice is amazing, but I hope they have that whole area blocked off so unknowing people don't walk over it! Maybe the doctor will take you out of therapy, yeah!!!

Sandie, loved that video! Please keep up your tremendously good PT workouts. Good luck at the doc and hopefully he will have some encouraging words for you. I well remember the pain and frustration that is part of the PT process. Do it girl! Ann

I need to add a visit to Yosemite to my list of places to see. Hope PT went better today. I remember laying on the table with PT for my ankle a few summers ago and just about screaming it hurt so much. After some sessions it did get better and no more tears, but it took a lot of sweat.

Well of course you do, I did every time. The lady who did my theropy told me the first day to take a pain pill before coming so it wouldn't hurt so much, but I was afraid that if I took the pain pill I might not realize when I was over doing it so I waited till I got home to take it.
It is terrible but well worth it. I was able to bend my knee so much more before the staph than after it.
Hope you get good report from your Dr.
Molly

Your PT sounds very gruesome, so sorry that you have to go through this in order to be up and at'em again. Hang in there girlie!

Well, my gosh, Sandie. I'm always learning about something new on your posts. Great info! That was a "chilling" video. Wouldn't want to take a dip into frazzle ice and I didn't even know it existed. Thanks! You find the most incredible things. Susan

Even though I hate being cold and we're facing a huge winter storm tomorrow into Wednesday here in Michigan, I loved watching that clip.

Kudos to you for persevering despite the discomfort. Most of us know there are things we should be doing, whether physical or something else entirely, and we avoid doing them because facing the challenge is difficult and we are so ready with excuses.

Besides making your body stronger, you are setting a wonderful example to us all, especially that precious grandson of yours!

Just gotta bear with it it will be all better soon...easy for me to say, huh? Sorry for all your discomfort.

That video is pretty amazing. You might want to post it a bit smaller because it is cut off some on the right..but you can still see the awesome scenery.

I am praying hard for you and I know you will get through it all. You deserve a good cry, it is good to cleanse the soul! Stay happy and you will be done before you know it! You are so great getting through this. I remeber when our son Nick finished 6 weeks of intense three day a week therapy for his hip and leg. He hated it and he bit the bullet and got through it. He has the t shirt to prove it! LOL!
Love to you todya and always Anne

Awww...but you're such a cute cry baby!!

I can't believe it's already been 6 weeks! I'm sure it's gone a lot slower for you! I'm really proud of you, Sandie - you've really worked hard at this!

Loved the frazil ice video - the power of nature, speaking loudly to the might and wonder of our Almighty God!!

GOD BLESS!

I'm hoping for a good check-up this morning, Sandie! You have been working so hard.

I'm afraid we may be more aquainted with the power of ice than we want over the end of this week. Stay warm and be safe.

I wish I was as talented as the photographers in my last post but I use photos from all kinds of sites - some mine, some others, some royalty free images, magazines, etc. I have my own greeting card business and I use photos and clip art and magazine clips, etc. fo collages to make them - that's how I got into blogging. Email me your address one day and I'll send you a sample! Jenn (no internet where I am but I move 3/1 and will have it...yes!)
