Fun Friday with a little help from my friends . . .

There are two animals in this picture. Can you find find them?

Gentle exercise for the more mature.
I tried it, I liked it, you will too!
The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine.
This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

SCROLL DOWN.............

NOW SCROLL UP..

That's enough for the first day. Great job!!!

THE TRICK IS TO FIND THE MAN IN THE COFFEE BEANS:

This is bizarre - after you find the guy - it's so obvious.

Once you find him - it's embarrassing, and you think,

'Why didn't I see him immediately?'

Doctors have concluded that if you find the man in the coffee beans in 3 seconds, the right half of your brain is better developed than most people. If you find the man between 3 seconds and 1 minute, the right half of the brain is developed normally. If you find the man between 1 minute and 3 minutes, then the right half of your brain is functioning slowly and you need to eat more protein. If you have not found the man after 3 minutes, the advice is to look for more of this type of exercise to make that part of the brain stronger!!!
Thanks Molly

Gender-Specific Driving Etiquette (Thanks Marydon)

A woman is driving at night on a narrow road .. At the same time, a man is driving in the opposite direction on that same road.

When they narrowly pass each other, the woman rolls down her window and loudly yells, 'HORSE!' Immediately, the man shouts back, 'Witch!'

The man laughs. He is proud to have reacted so quickly to the shouting woman and takes the next turn in the road, maintaining his speed.

Moral of the story:
Men never listen, and when they do, they don't understand one word a woman says.

USAF Dexterity Test Click and hold the red square. Now, move it so that you neither touch the walls nor get hit by any of the blue blocks If you make it to 18 seconds, you are doing brilliantly!Start Here

Enjoy this little brilliant drummer - thanks Marydon

Lots of fun stuff here today. I'm glad you told what the second animal was - even so I had a hard time finding him. Took me awhile to find the bean man too, and the most I could get on the dexterity test was 7.764 seconds. Guess I need to exercise my pre-Alzheimers brain a bit more.

Well, at least I found the guy in the coffee beans in under 3 seconds. I could not keep the red square away from the blue walls at all! I saw a frog and a rabbit - go figure. I'm sure an analyst would have a field day with me! Ann

Thank you for visiting my site!!
God bless you, dear!!

I've done my excercise for the day, almost broke a sweat, lol. I found the man in less than three seconds so that makes me a little Einstein, yay, I'm not an airhead after all, haha.
Have a great weekend Sandie, God bless, hugs.

Wow...what a buncha fun that was! Husband beat me hands down. 11 seconds was all I did on the red block..hit the wall most of the time. Never saw the man..but husband spotted him in seconds!
The little drummer...amazing. Wish I could have seen his body and not just his hands. Talented child! :)
Have a wonderful weekend!

Aaaargh, I can't find that darn horse (is a horse, of course, of course).
Even resorted to putting my index finger on the monitor to cover up the frog's eye. Nada.
I feel so inadequate :)

Have a great day, Sandie!

I know it's a clever post - yours always are, but I must have a really off day because I did not see the horse in the frog, nor the drummer in the video - nor did I get the bit about the horse on top of the car...and of course, I never even got to start playing the blue/red square game.. LOL I must be a hopeless case, but I managed to get through the old folkies exercise routine with the curser LOL

In reply to your comment on my Oz post today, I have to add that most Fairy Tales have a twisted psychological oddity to them...

It was 90 degrees today in the shade on my porch at 3 pm and I'm not happy about that :-( My outdoor days are numbered, Sandie!

Doris Sturm said...

p.s.

I'm almost certain that there is NO man in the coffee beans LOL

Sharon said...

Was it hard to find the second animal in the frog picture? Neigh...

The man in the coffee beans?? Let's just say that the right side of my brain is normal (at least as measured by this little brain teaser...)

I'm gonna keep this short - the scrolling really wore me out!

First I thought I might be dead as I could not find the man in the beans...then I went back an found him and now I can start my day knowing my brain is working and I guess it means I can drive the car today:-) Such a relief but this getting older is a bummer!

What a fun post. I did see an owl way back there in the post with the frog..NO man in the coffee beans, ha.

OK, I literally JUMPED and screamed a little when I saw the little man face. It took me less than a minute so I guess that's good, but much more than 3 seconds.

He looked creepy. I couldn't even read the rest of the post right away. LOL

And I swear I only see a frog. I'm going back to stare some more.

OK, I admit that I also saw a naked hiney, but that might say something reallllly bad about me.
