Fun Friday with a little help from my friends . . .

Thank you Katie - so true - always be prepared for the unexpected!

Okay - do you ever feel that way? I do...

Or this way? lol Which one are you?

Do you have a memory like this at all? I have this too - so who named these the Golden Years? Thanks Linda.

Okay - I thought this one was cute.

PRICELESS: A doctor was addressing a large audience in Oxford... "The material we put into our stomachs should have killed most of us sitting here, years ago. Red meat is full of steroids and dye. Soft drinks corrode your stomach lining. Chinese food is loaded with MSG. High transfat diets can be disastrous and none of us realizes the long-term harm caused by the germs in our drinking water. But, there is one thing that is the most dangerous of all and most of us have, or will eat it. Can anyone here tell me what food it is that causes the most grief and suffering for years after eating it?"

The old man sitting in the front row said yes I know what it is ...... Wedding cake ........

Cute stuff here, and I love the signs pointing to the senior center! I got goose bumps when I read the MLK quote at the top of your blog; what a beautiful man he was.

Oh, I had fun today!!

I think I'm Forgetful...I think...I can't remember.

I had so much fun with the puzzle too! I really like doing those! Hope you keep posting them. Even if you just do it for me -

Wedding cake - OK, I chuckled. Hope my hubby doesn't feel that way. I think the thing I hate eating the most is "crow" - hmmm...

Cute!

As to being prepared for the unexpected, come take a peep at the tree that fell in our yard. I put a picture up on the blog. It reminds of that first photo. The tree, though, was bigger than that in circumference and knocked down a smaller oak that wasn't any wimp. ;-)

Have a good weekend, Sandie...

XO,

Sheila :-)

I am Sweaty the Dwarf. I have been known to get out of bed and stand on the front porch in the dead of winter. It feels so good!

As always, such a cute post.

Have a great weekend!
