this young man is totally awesome, i saw him on a talk show a year or so ago but did not know he could sing. he made me so ashamed of myself, just watching this video and thinking of him talking about his life. his parents are incredible also, to let him do all the things he did. with other parents he might not be what he is. like all the funny quotes and most of those songs are old favorites, daddy and i used to do duet on mansion over the hilltop. he was tenor, me alto

I can imagine why you would be tired today, Sandie. You took on an awesome project, so pace yourself with it and don't get too tired doing it! Loved the hymns; too cute; some people have talent to come up with things like this! That young man is awesome! I read an article about him a few years back when he was visiting a church in the area I lived.

Rest up today if you can!

WONDERFUL video, kind of puts all our problems in perspective, doesn't it!? I saw this guy on T.V. quite a while back, and he was so smart and engaging, but I didn't know he sang! Thanks for this Sunday gift, we all need to be reminded, and he is a living reminder, the glue that should hold us all together.

I miss a few days and you change your header and signature. Good for you! I'm afraid to change my header because I no longer remember how I did it in the first place.

OK...I'm a little slow and had to read the Tailor's Hymn title a couple of times before I got it. I don't know what took me so long.

That fellow was really amazing. Reminded me of the Thalidomide babies and I got to thinking they must be getting on in years now so I did some googling. The drug was sold from 1957-1961, so those babies are 50+ year old now. Sadly, I hadn't even thought about them for many, many years, but I believe most live in Europe since the drug was never approved here. I'm old enough to still remember when it happened and it made quite an impression on me at the time.
