Sunday's gift . . .

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY!

Thankfulness sets in motion a chain reaction that transforms people all around us -including ourselves.
For no one ever misunderstands the melody of a grateful heart.
It's message is universal; it's lyrics transcend all earthly barriers; it's music touches the HEAVENS.

Hi Sandie...I don't want to dry up anybody's bones with a crushed spirit so I do try to be cheerful.

In this beautiful season, despite the craziness and exhaustion, how could one not feel joy? It's such a magical season. I LOVE it.

Take care and have a terrific Sunday. Susan

Well said - I mean, sung! My dad has actually left a store because they insisted their salespeople say Seasons Greetings rather than Merry Christmas, and he wasn't shy about telling them why! He'll be happy to know others are being encouraged to do the same.

The song speaks volumes! Each year I get less enthused about the shopping. What does me in every year are the commercials for new cars as gifts. I find them very disturbing. That is not what this time of the year is about!!!
We need to stay strong and keep up the message. Have a very blessed day my friend. Hugs, Sue

Did I tell you I love your background? Interesting song, and certainly NOT PC, but really good for us Christians!! The schools now make them call it Winter Festival, or some such thing. Christmas without Christ, what is the world coming to?

Love the song. I can't stand all this holiday/winter greetings stuff. I will always say Merry CHRISTMAS.

Amen.

That was so simply and beautifully stated.

Really like the new holiday look!

Yes, saying Merry CHRISTmas with you! So glad that this time of year is SO MUCH MORE than commercialism, greed, and selfishness. It's all about a gift - a baby - born to save us all.

That is a gift worth celebrating every day of the year.

Cheerful giving - yes, better to give than receive. Let's look for ways to give this season, and for people who need givers in their lives.

GOD BLESS!
