Fun Friday - with a little help from my friends!!!

An easy crossword from AARPS:

http://games.aarp.org/games/crossword-easy/crossword-easy.aspx

Jenn

I was in the restaurant yesterday when I suddenly realized I desperately needed to pass gas. The music was really, really loud, so I timed my gas with the beat of the music.

After a couple of songs, I started to feel better. I finished my coffee, and noticed that everybody was staring at me....

Then I suddenly remembered that I was listening to my iPod.

...and how was your day?
Kim

What does this mean? Answer below.

As I was lying in bed pondering the problems of the world, I rapidly realized that I don't really care that much! It's the tortoise life for me!

1. If walking is good for your health, the postman would be immortal.

2. A whale swims all day, only eats fish, drinks water, and is fat.

3. A rabbit runs and hops and only lives 15 years.

4. A tortoise doesn't run and does nothing, yet it lives for 450 years.

And you tell me to exercise?? I don't think so.

I'm retired. Go around me.

Pregnant at 71 -

A woman went to the doctor's office where she was seen by one of the younger doctors.

After about four minutes in the examination room, she burst out screaming as she ran down the hall.

An older doctor stopped her and asked what the problem was, and she told him her story.

After listening, he had her sit down and relax in another room.

The older doctor marched down the hallway back to where the young doctor was writing on his clipboard.

"What is the matter with you?!" the older doctor demanded.

"Mrs. Terry is 71 years old, has four grown children and seven grandchildren, and you told her she was pregnant?"

The younger doctor continued writing and without looking up said,
"Does she still have the hiccups?"

Now this is soooooooooooooooooooo funny - so if you want your daily does of laughs check this out:
Three German Shepherds In A Bar:

Sharon N.

He was a widower and she a widow.

They had known each other for a number of years being high school classmates and having attended class reunions in the last 20 years without fail. This 50th anniversary of their class, the widower and the widow made a foursome with two other singles.

They had a wonderful evening, their spirits high. The widower throwing admiring glances across the table.

The widow smiling coyly back at him. Finally, he picked up courage to ask her, "Will you marry me?"

After about six seconds of careful consideration, she answered, "Yes, yes I I will!"

The evening ended on a happy note for the widower. But the next morning he was troubled. Did she say “Yes” or did she say “No?” He couldn't remember.

Try as he would, he just could not recall. He went over the conversation of the previous evening, but his mind was blank. He remembered asking the question but for the life of him could not recall her response.

With fear and trepidation he picked up the phone and called her. First, he explained that he couldn't remember as well as he used to. Then he reviewed the past evening.

As he gained a little more courage he then inquired of her. "When I asked if you would marry me, did you say “Yes” or did you say “No?”

"Why you silly man I said, ‘Yes. Yes I will.’ And I meant it with all my heart."

The widower was delighted. He felt his heart skip a beat.

Then she continued. "And I am so glad you called because I couldn't remember who asked me."

Answer: Why "Jack In The Box"

And THANK YOU for praying for Katelyn. She did well. They had to remove more then they thought - but she seems to be doing okay. She is in ICU for a day and they have her on pain meds. But thank you my dear prayer warriors.

My daily dose of laughs! Thanks! I really loved the 3 dogs in the bar. We had a German Shepherd once who loved it when my son would squirt water into his mouth. Must be something about the breed.
