Thursdays Feelings and Family

IT'S THURSDAY
You will love this!!!!!

(The Last Day of Home Photo's)

We had a visitor on our deck outside the room.

Grandson looking for shells.

Throwing Shells

We had dinner our first night at Damon's over looking the beach.

Yes it was cold and yes the grandson is in it!

Digging.

Throwing - now if you know anything about SPD - you know this picture is worth a million bucks.

Mom and grandson in the ocean.

Another million dollar photo.

Chatty and grandson. I had a beach cover up on and I didn't want it wet so I tucked it in.

Okay when you dug a hole it immediately filled with water - not from a wave - it must have been below in the sand.

Silliness and happiness.

Another million dollar pic.

Him begging me to come in the pool and I did.

Still had my cover up tucked in - BUT I had to put this in - holding hands and talking to my sweet grandson.

Beautiful mom and grandson.

One of grandson's birthday dinners/

The Sugar Shack!

It took 11 years to find Scooby and the Scooby Mobile.

Safely resting in a hand...

Another birthday party at Margarettaville!

Riding a dinosaur!

I love Jimmy Buffet and his music and the mood.

The hippo had grandson in his mouth.

Daughter trying on the grandson's birthday gifts and I bought the Elmo for the other grandson.
She is going to kill me when she sees this - but I think she is a hoot! I like it when she's a hoot.

Look what else we found there!!!!!!

See yah!

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

This time, I clicked the Celtic Thunder link to listen to as I read. I really love their voices.

And your pictures are just fantastic. I love all the grandson poses. You ought to do a mosaic just of him in his silly scenes.

I love the family pics! My only trip to Myrtle Beach was in even cooler temps than yours. I'd like to go back when it is warm enough to wade.

Your grandson has come a long way, hasn't he? Is your heart smiling?

Oh, I love these ocean pictures. They are all wonderful, but my favorite is the "Silliness and Happiness" one. That is a picture to be framed. It is a treasure. You and your Grandson seem like you are so close to eachother.

Looks to me like you all were having a blast!

Love the quote at the top...sometimes that becoming can be a struggle, but growth and change are. Gonna write that quote down.

the two of you in the water together brought tears to my eyes. You are SUCH a blessing to that child, and such a wonderful Grandmommy. Seeing these pictures makes me miss my own Gram so much more.
And yes, you are so right about some of those pics being million dollar pics. I am impressed!! Most don't realize how rare those moments come for an SPD child.

There is nothing better than having a grandchild "beg you to go in the water". I am so glad you did. What a great life he has with you doing so much with him. Thanks for the great story of your time on the beach.
