What a great weekend for everybody! Louis Dean's son is a big shot in Karate. My son is a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I think the martial arts are such great discipline training for our young people. He deserves congratulating! No every boy will devote the time, energy and attention to learning as he has done. This will hold him in good stead all his life!!

Sounds like you all had a busy but great weekend... We went hiking at Fall Creek Falls yesterday --and had a picnic in the car. Then we ate dinner at their lodge restaurant... Delicious--especially the 'nanner' puddin'.... ha

Have a great day.

This is a big honor for your grandson, how old will his students be? I only have one question about the picnic...did you have to make all the food? The dog and peacock, what a kick I got! The little pug is all bark and no action! Oops, sorry Disco, but I KNOW that you would tear this bird to shreds then bring them to your boy!!

Hi Sandie...
Loved how you put the lettering of your post in the little boxes. Clever girl!

Congratulations to GS. He is SO cool. Imagine getting a second black belt!
Good for him.

The dog and the peacock video was hilarious. Guess some people said it was done with camera editing? So it didn't really happen that way? In any event, I thought it was fun to watch. Susan

Why am I too dumb to know where there is a beach in your area? I am going to ask the husband where it is.

It has been so chilly the past few days that I can't even think beach. I just think sweater.

I'm really proud of your grandson!!
I'm such a huge fan of martial arts and the discipline it teaches.
