Tails and Tales

My adventure this week was that my crazy humans had ribs and they thought they were going to let me lick one!  Don't they know I'm a dog.  Dogs eat bones.  So I have been a little under the weather a bit - but I am okay.  These humans have got to start smartening up.

Why did God make dogs or other fur babies?  Thank you Sharon.

We went to see Jurassic Park on the grandson's birthday.

 Went out to dinner.

 He went through Monster University!

(And they didn't bring me - Disco)

(Sorry Disco - Chatty)

It is sorta sad that our dogs can't do and go everywhere we go, but it's not allowed and often the for the best too. Happy Birthday to the Grandson! Looks like a wonderful time was had. I enjoyed the snowman bringing Spring our way!!! It has warmed up here for a couple of days and Yesterday I spotted the first daffodil of the season blooming on the sunny side of the house. Hope you have a terrific Tuesday!

Sorry about that "bones incident" - we foolishly fed Holly a small bone or two a while back - and she urrpped for two days.

We are trying to smarten up, but it may take awhile. :)

Disco, I hope you feel better soon. Hope the ribs were worth it. Our parents let us have ribs on close supervision and it's not as fun. :/

LOVED making a flower garden. That is so cool, Cathy! Thank you. :)

Hey Disco,

I don't know why we can't train our humans. We are dogs. Just this morning, when my boy was cleaning up my *business* on my morning walk, I tried to revive a dead bird behind his back. He got upset. Said it wasn't clean.

I have a nose - I am supposed to use it. Right???

Hang in there...woof woof.

what a fun way to spend a birthday, sorry you did not get to go.. but the monsters might have scared you. sorry you got sick on the ribs... if jake eats anything with tomatoes he throws up all over the carpet, so i learned that lesson

Tell your Grammie that I loved the flower garden. Sooooooo pretty.

Glad Disco survived his special treats. We humans are often learning as we go, so I'm sure Disco has forgiven you...Great looking grandson and what a GREAT birthday he had!! Being a kid really ROCKS!!

Ella will just love this flower generator. It is good to see you again, Disco, but you do look a bit under the weather, did you get too much ribs and not enough bones?

Poor Disco! we never give Augie bones after getting a rib bone stuck in the roof of his mouth. I just cut off the fat from Danny's meat and give that and poor juices over his dry food. What an awesome birthday present for your grandson!! Happy birthday to him!!

Angela said...

When I was growing up we used to always feed out dogs left over scraps and even the bones. Never thought anything about it. They always did fine with it. The dogs I have now I feed them dog food only with the exception of Two who does alright with some table scraps so I give her some when I have them.

I'd be scared to watch that movie! lol Looks like Andy enjoyed it though! Hope dinner was good!

Dee said...

Thank you for the flowers..that was way to cool :) Your grandson looks like he really enjoyed his birthday at the movies. I love the reward of seeing happy smiles on my grands faces. :) The dog video was good. Note to Disco...mom and dad probably feel worse than you...get well soon.

I wouldn't have known that licking ribs would make Disco sick! I honestly wouldn't have.

The grandson sure looked like he had a wonderful birthday. Now, is this the original Jurassic Park or a remake? I'm so horribly out of the loop that I don't know.
