Fun Friday

May your troubles be less, Your blessings be more,And nothing but happiness come through your door!

You know laughter doesn't have to be all jokes.  When I visit blogs with photos of animals or flowers - it makes my heart smile.  I think those things are gifts from God.  Color.  Smells.  Sight.  Hearing.  All gifts.
Now I am not a photographer - but I have these forwards sent to me and the photos are gorgeous and I want to make your heart smile - I hope it will!.

So come and travel with me and see some sites. They are NOT my photographs.

Anheuser-Busch is on the phone and they want to talk to you....

At Wat Samphran (
วัดสามพราน) in Nakhon Pathom Province there is a 17 story

There is a shrine and the tail is on the ground floor. The dragon is hollow and it is

Possible to walk up some sections of it.

This house was designed by Rudy Ricciotti. The unique architecture includes a
Pool house, which is like a window in the living room where you can enjoy not
Only swimming in the water, but the person swimming in it with the effect of the

Outdoor landscape which is reflected through the window.

The Grand Canyon Skywalk

"The Grand Canyon Skywalk is a transparent horseshoe-shaped cantilever bridge
And tourist attraction in Arizona near the Colorado River on the edge of a side

Maps show the elevation at the Skywalk's location as 4,770 ft (1,450 m) and the
Elevation of the Colorado River in the base of the canyon as 1,160 ft (350 m), and
They show that the height of the precisely vertical drop directly under the skywalk
Is between 500 ft (150 m) and 800 ft (240 m).

Commissioned and owned by the Hualapai Indian tribe, it was unveiled March 20,
2007, and opened to the general public on March 28, 2007. It is accessed via the
Grand Canyon West Airport terminal or a 120-mile (190 km) drive from Las Vegas ,
Which includes a 10-mile (16 km) stretch of dirt road which is currently under
Development. The Skywalk is east of Meadview and north of Peach Springs with
Kingman being the closest major city."

THE LAUGH:

A preacher was making his rounds on a bicycle
when he came upon a little boy trying to sell a lawn mower.

"How much do you want for the mower?" asked the preacher.

"I just want enough money to go out and buy me a bicycle," said the little
boy.
After a moment of consideration, the preacher asked,
"Will you take my bike in trade for it?"

The little boy asked if he could try it out first,
and, after riding the bike around a little while, said,
"Mister, you've got yourself a deal."

The preacher took the mower and began to crank it.
He pulled on the rope a few times with no response from the mower.

The preacher called the little boy over and said,
"I can't get this mower to start."
The little boy said,
"That’s because you have to cuss at it to get it started."

The preacher said, "I can't cuss.
It's been so long since I became a Christian
that I don't even remember how to cuss."

The little boy looked at him happily and said,
"You just keep pulling on that rope.
It'll come back to ya."

Every one of these is awesome. That horse is beautiful!!!

I could live with that pool (if I had a professional pool cleaner, which I'm sure they do ;) ).

I should be in Italy. :)

And that skywalk would scare me, but I'd probably do it anyway. :)

Oh Sandie, yes. Those photos did make me smile. And be amazed at the same time.

I'd seen that Grand Canyon glass floor look-out. There is NO WAY you would get me to walk on that. uh uh uh uh UH

The bike and lawn mower story was so cute, too.

Take care and girlfriend? Have a SUPER good weekend. Susan

Wowzer...that horse is just gorgeous!

I've been to the Grand Canyon but that was before the skywalk was built. No way I would have the nerve to walk out on it.

My ipad will not let me post a comment so we'll see what happens on my laptop....

The only one of those places I have been in the Grand Canyon, although I did NOT go on the Skywalk, nor would I ever as I have an irrational fear of heights. Besides, that thing just looks dangerous!

I did tell my grandson if he would make really good grades this year so he can graduate, I would take him on a trip and he said Italy, so that little town in Italy might be the place to go!

Oh my goodness, those pictures are amazing! I kept changing my mind as to the most fabulous one. I think it's the colorful cliff in Italy.

Now, that bridge by the Grand Canyon? Oh. No. Possible. Way.
I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.

I burst out laughing at the joke at the end! Reminded me of Howard..however..that strange man never did curse. I DID IT FOR HIM!!
