Fragments of Chatty Crone's Life

 photo ATT00003.gif

Okay I' going to take it kind of easy this week and next and show you some photos of Carmen del Playa - where my kids went this summer.

Day of arrival - grandson has already made himself at home!

The first tour they took was The Maya Ruins.

If you are interested in learning about them go to this site:

It is only three minutes long - go to about a minute and take a look.  Interesting.

It was a LOT of walking!

But it sure was beautiful!

Now what were the oldies but goodies doing that week - working on the floor - remember?  Not paying attention to me!

Well this is how I felt when my boy and girl were so far away.

I feel better now that they are home!   Love, Disco

That looks like a fascinating place to visit, Sandie! And of course I love the German Shepherd poster. :-) They're my favorite, because of Bridger. And it's true - on both counts. :-)

Sure are some beautiful pictures there.

Oh boy - that 'lift' quote hit me right where I needed it! Thanks for a great beginning to what is going to be a difficult week of work away from home.

Sounds like a true *Indiana Jones* adventure trip! Hope to see more photos!

And Disco, it's gonna be OK. They'll be back before you know it!

XO

(P.S. Thanks for your prayers. We were able to return home last night (Sunday) - I have never been so grateful for so many things. Most of all for a God who fought a fire for us!)

Ohhhhh, that sounded like a great trip to Mexico. So glad GS and daughter experienced that.

Hope your Monday is wonderful.

And Disco, now you can get the attention of everyone at home! (I know your Grammie gave you plenty but everything is better compounded by four.) Susan

You would think the older we get the less we would miss and worry about our kids/grandkids.... NOT TRUE I think we worry and miss more.

Great pics they brought back.

Once a mother or grandmother, always a mother and grandmother. It's our job to look over and worry about our flock.

Have a fabulous day. Big hugs. :)

I remember when our granddaughter had that mouth to mouth thing going with their dog, Hank. It's cute, but very yucky. :-/
