Swimming in Mexico - (are you guys getting tired of Mexico yet?)

Okay a couple of short tips today from Women's Day -

DON'T SURF FACEBOOK BEFORE LUNCH - New research finds that people who were the most active on Facebook had a higher BMI.  The surprising theory:  Experts say that viewing friends' photos and feel better about yourself, which in turn lowers your self-control.  So. skip the social medical check in before making a mean or snack choices and save it for when you need a little pick me up.

MAGNESIUM

And a lot of us are short on a very important mineral called magnesium.  Do you know that soaking in m Epsom Salts is one way to get some.  Remember are skin is our largest organ and it'll soak it on in!

No (in English) and no (in Spanish), I am not tired of Mexico yet! Especially when they include photos of that scamp, your GS!

Interesting about the magnesium. If stuff gets in through your skin like that, I wonder what would happen if we got that mudbath???

I can't speak for FaceBook being the cause of my increased BMI, but I sure think blogging hasn't helped one bit. I need to get a life of my own, instead of reading about the lives of others... and get off my fat @$$.

Keep the photos coming!

I need to tell my kids about FB. :)

About the magnesium, I often take Calcium with magnesium and I can tell a difference when I forget to take it.

Love that kitty face. I might have seen that exact look on my hubby's face a time or two. Haha!

Have a nice week, Sandie!

I guess I am more amazed that there is such research about facebook than I am about the findings. It seems there is never a loss of topics to research.

I love Mexico. Show all the photos you want.

By the way, what if you multi-task while you surf FB before lunch by using your phone? ;)

Love the pictures in Mexico
I think people are staying more and more hours in front of the computer or mobile screen, which is not good but we can't do anything, the time is coming this way
Good post *_*
