Fun Friday with a little help with my friends and Feline Friday

Don't forget to join Sandee over at Comedy Plus for Feline Friday!

Jerry from Asthecrackerheadcrumbles and the title was Why fill in the blank ?

Okay - the answer to my fill in the blank - Why do dogs bite?

This was submitted by Carol - Staying Alive

This is from Rosey.

GRANDMAS ARE SMART
I was out walking with my grandson. He picked up something off of the ground and started to put it in his mouth. I took the item away from him and I asked him not to do that.
"Why?" my grandson asked. "Because it's been on the ground; you don't know where it's been, it's dirty, and probably has germs. Sometimes germs make little boys sick and not feel good" I replied.
At this point, my grandson looked at me with total admiration and asked, "Grandma, how do you know all this stuff? You are so smart."
I was thinking quickly and said to him, "All Grandmas know stuff. It's on the Grandma Test. You have to know it, or they don't let you be a Grandma."
We walked along in silence for 2 or 3 minutes, but he was evidently pondering this new information. "Oh...I get it! He beamed, so if you don't pass the test you have to be the Grandpa."
"Exactly," I replied with a big smile on my face.

Better go exercise and get the day started - I hope you have a great weekend and I'll see you Monday.

Love Chatty...

The "bad luck when it comes to thinking" instead of saying "stupid" made my day. Gotta remember that one!

Hi Sandie...The first four doggie photos were so hilarious!

I am chuckling so loud that my husband thinks I'm crazy!

I enjoyed every single photo - but my favorite was the little boy drawing on his dog in markers! I'm just devious, I guess. A close second was the dogs in the Halloween costumes. We tried putting an Indiana Jones costume on Marty one year. All he did was pull off the hat, and chew on it.

And the Grandma story...well, yes, truth is truth!

Hi Sandie,
Great post as usual, my friend!
I like the photos of kittens and puppies that you have shared. I have a butterfly female cat (3 colours), and her brother, all black. Her name is Sonya. His name is Little Bear. They are siblings of 11 years old. My new kitten is only 2 months old. I call her, Baylee. She is adorable. The pic of the boy making drawings with crayons on his dog is something else. Kids should not draw things on their dogs. Painting gets poison in its chemicals.
My mother used to love Rita Hayworth and Fred Astaire. They were great dancers. Staying Alive is a lovely song. Thank you for sharing your loving ways, Sandie!
Your grandson is so clever. I like what you said about passing the grandmother's test. I guess we have to be smart to become grandmothers. We hold wisdom inside our brains.
Well, that is all for today.
Have a fantastic weekend, Sandie, family and beloved ones!
About Blogs, please, STOP SENDING ME HOMEWORK FOR NOW. I HAVE ENOUGH FOR AWHILE! When I want more friends, I shall let you know.
My computer chair broke down. I don't have a comfortable chair to sit down. Paul won't buy another computer chair for me. He said that he would need his computer in his office for awhile...
When he is home, I can't hardly write, because he demands all my attention, plus the cats...
I only do as much as I can, my friend. God bless!
Greetings from Starry.

Starry Dawn said...

Sandie,
There is only one computer at home, and it is Paul's computer.
If he takes it to his private office, it means, he will take his computer to another place away from home. So, if he does that, I won't have a computer for a while.
Do you understand what I mean?...
