I wrote a post a couple days ago about smiling. Now if you don't think the universe hears you - you are wrong. The universe and I believe God does hear you and if you are right, you get confirmed.

Three times in two days I've been confirmed about the power and the importance of a smile.

A. From the latest Weight Watcher Magazine:

"Laugh It Off'"

Could tuning to comedies be good news for you weight? Recent research from Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville found that laughing for 15 minutes a day can burn about 40 extra calories.

Life with God is something to smile about. Set the tone for the day by smiling as soon as you wake up. First, smile at God, saying in your heart, Thank YOu for watching over me all night. Next, smile at the remembrance of at least one good thing that happened the day before. Then, smile at the thought of all the opportunities and blessings that await you for the upcoming day. Smile at the thought that God will be present throughout the day to help you with every crisis, challenge, or obstacle. Smile because you are alive.

It's hard to be down in the dumps if you have a smile on your face, and smiling is contagious. Try smiling at the various people who will come across your face today. YOu'll feel better, and you will make their day brighter as well.

Faith has a smile on its face.
