"Life is lived forward, but understood backward. It is not until we are down the road and we stand on the mountain looking back through the valley that we can appreciate the terrain God has allowed us to scale.” Jill Savage

The Personal Bill of Rights

You have the right in life to choices beyond mere survival.

You have the right to say no to anything when you feel you are not ready or it is unsafe,

You have the right to lead a life motivated by something other than fear.

You have a right to all your feelings.

You have the right to be innocent until proven guilty.

You are only guilty if you have done something wrong.

No one else can make you guilty.

You have a right to make mistakes.

You have a right to cry. There is no need to smile when you do this.

You have a right to terminate conversations with people who make you feel put down, humiliated, or crazy.

You have the right to be healthier than those around you.

You have the right to relax, lay and be frivolous.

You have the right to change and grow.

You have the right to take care of and look out for yourself. You are important.

You have the right to be angry, even with people you love.

You have the right to be you.

Love this but think I am going to interject (you have the privilege) instead of (you have a right) but I am going to print it out and put it up to see more often:)
