Is it raining all over the world this Tuesday morning?

It's one of those rainy days in Georgia where it seems that it's raining all over the world.

Today is one of those days you have to tell yourself IT IS going to be a good day. You have to play a little game with your psyche and hope that it will take.

So I'm sprinkling happy dust around - rain is good, rain is good, rain is good... :)
