Do you expect the worst to happen and the worst in people? Are you constantly in arguments with people? Do you pick fights over anything -whether it matters to you or not? When you get stressed, do you tend to blow up at whoever is closest at hand? Do you give anyone the benefit of the doubt? Are people are afraid to speak up around you? Are you a cheerleader and motivator for others or do you break them down? Do you lift the spirit or sink it?
If your answer is yes, be honest and look at yourself in the mirrow and try to change. If you're around these type people - limit your exposure.
