He who can take no great interest in what is small will take false interest in what is
great. ~ John Ruskin (Does this mean before you can appreciate the big things you must appreciate the little things first?)

Peace and beauty exist everywhere, even in the tinest of things. We can overlook the small things because a lot of the time we're running around like chickens with our heads cut off!
Just for today, let's slow down and look at the little things around us like flowers, insects, a blade of grass, etc.
As we slow down and look, let's take a slow deep breathe. Hold it for a few seconds and focus on the small thing. As you exhale see if you feel any peace within yourself.
Breathing, holding, exhaling is good for focusing and relaxing.
