Friends, this is one of the most important concepts I would love to convey to everyone to learn as their own. To have it actually become a part of who you are. Look inside yourself and find your essence. Breath. Wouldn't it be great to have a world that took a breath and got in touch with their real feelings before spouting off? Maybe it would help avoid a lot of sadness and even tragedy.
