"Prayer is an effort of will." -Oswald Chambers

I heard of another quote - about will power.

"Will power is knowing you can and deciding you won't."

What do you think about that?

Kind of makes us responsible for ourselves.

Doesn't it though?

I like that quote. It made me think, and brought up this question: What is knowing you can't and deciding you will?
