“Life with kids is unpredictable. Their propensity to live “in the moment” clashes easily with our “perfect plans.” — Jill Savage

Did you know that it's possible to meditate while walking down the street?

Rather than sitting down to meditate today, try to meditate all day, while doing what you do.

Yes, it's different than sitting down meditation, but it's time well spent.

Throughout the day, work at being aware of everything you do, think, or say.

Try to remain aware of everything that could result from what you do, think or say.

Is this over-thinking? Rather than over-thinking, is it thinking with a purpose?

So ask yourself:

How did I feel when I did or said that?

How did so-and-so feel?

What action would've been more enlightened?

What was my purpose in doing that?

Just some thoughts for a Saturday.

Love,
Chatty
