Some more Christmas fun - I love Christmas.

Hey, I have another neat story to tell you about my grandson - I know I am making him sound perfect - he's not and Lord I know that, but he's in training and making some good progress.

We went to church yesterday and I saw a little girl get out of the car with a present. I said oh no, we forgot to get a present for his Sunday School teacher (who deserves one).

He said, "Let's look in the car for a present."

He saw a little bitty candy cane he was saving for himself - his mom was making him wait until after church to eat 'red food coloring and sugar' if you get me here. He had been eye balling it for awhile.

He goes, "I know, I'll give her my candy cane." He wrapped it up in his dollar bill (tithing) as wrapping paper and then handed it to his teacher. She was given other big presents all wrapped up, she'll never know the meaning of the candy cane wrapped in a dollar bill, but we all did and I am sure God laughed.

Kind of reminded me of the story in the Bible where the lady gave her two pennies . . . that candy cane had been a priceless gift and it was all he had!

Love,
Chatty
