Are you willing to write your future in pencil? Able to erase it at any time? Are you able to adapt to change? They say people who can adapt to change easily live longer.
Have you ever done anything foolish just for the fun of it? Have you done it with enthusiasm?
It does make life more fun and interesting when you let go and 'just be'.

And I just got this from my angel girlfriend in NC- when you can't seem to let go - and life gets you down - help and hold up someone else (we do that for each other - it's a blessing).
