Some tips I read I thought were interesting - taking it easy today and breathing!

I picked a couple of ones I wish I could make my daughter hear. Trouble is even if my mom had told me - would I have listened? It is something I have learned through life. I added one of my own too!

Some tips regarding Alzheimer's - anybody having senior moments out there? I do sometimes!

Chill out for at least 15 minutes a day.

Some good health habits to do daily:

1. Eat a colorful salad and two pieces of fruit

2. Take a 30 minute walk

3. Have oatmeal for breakfast

4. Keep tabs on portion sizes

5. Wear your seat belt

6. Eat fish

7. Call a close friend

8. Relax for at least 10 minutes a day

9. Sleep

10. Stay smoke free

Last, but not least, I heard on the radio today that people who believe that the sun will come out tomorrow, will live longer than those who don't believe that. :)
