Living In Color-MOVE IT!

November - 7AM Georgia time and my grandson is waiting for the school bus. It's beautiful here this time of year . . .

LESSON # 4 - Move It - Move It - DO IT NOW!

If you had two days to live - would you change how you lived? Went to see Madagascar 2 at the movie last weekend with my grandson and our new Choi Kwang Do 'family'. It was cuter than the first one in my opinion.

I won't give it away, but that was one of the points in the movie (and yes I know it was a cartoon) was about the giraffe. The giraffe, when he found out he had two days to live (which wasn't true) totally changed his life. He found his courage - actually he always had it - he just used it.

It was also about accepting people's differences.
Embrace your body despite its alleged imperfections.

And it was a little bit about Moving! (Lol).

"Be open, be available, be exposed, be skinless. Skinless? Dance around in your bones."
-Wallace Stegner

You've got to move it, move it, you've got to move it move it:
