"Life is lived forward, but understood backward. It is not until we are down the road and we stand on the mountain looking back through the valley that we can appreciate the terrain God has allowed us to scale.” Jill Savage

Ideas and goals for the new year . . .

Some goals or things to think about (or ideas I'm going to think about (Lol) for 2009 are:

"Be the bearer of only good news today. In living out this task, note whether you find it difficult to maintain. And if so, discover why within yourself."
-Caroline Myss and Peter Occhiogrosso

"My mind is a garden. My thoughts are the seeds. My harvest will be either flower or weeds." Mel Weldon

Look for things to feel good about, and watch how everything in your life will unfold to reflect that good-feeling vibration. -Abraham-Hicks

Get rich quick! Count your blessings!

"Write on your heart that every day is the best day of the year." ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

"The great man is he who does not lose his childlike heart."– Mencius

A fresh new canvas begins today - how am I going to paint it this year?

Edith Lovejoy Pierce:
"We will open the book.
Its pages are blank.
We are going to put words on them ourselves.
The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year's Day."

Love and wishing everyone a happy new year!

How do you always know what message I need to read each day??? It's mind boggelling! You're my therapist, and dirt cheap at too!

Our personalities must be close - I do this and try to find these quotes and try to laugh - not only for you - but for me too! We need these things in our garden of life, as well as our Blog friends! Thanks for being mine.
