Class

Picture of class -

Definition of class:
“Class never runs scared. It is sure-footed and confident, and it can handle whatever comes along. Class has a sense of humor. It knows that a good laugh is the best lubricant for oiling the machinery of human relations. Class never makes excuses. It takes its lumps and learns from mistakes...Class is comfortable in its own skin. It never puts on airs. Class never tries to build itself up by tearing others down. If you have class, you've got it made. ”

—Taken From "Dear Abby" Many Years Ago

I want to be a person with class. Do you think this defines class though? Is 'class' even important? What do you or how do you define class?

This definition is sure a good way to be though - isn't it?

Something to think about to start the week . . .

Love,
Chatty

I like the definition you found - it's great! Many folks think of 'class' as the putting on of aires - or a social class....better than everyone else. I think you hit the nail on the head, Fred!

The Eagle video was awesome. It looked so ferocious. Was it taped going after prey or going to it's nest? If it was going to it's nest, I'll bet those baby eaglets are well behaved:-).
Hmm, on the Class evaluation I would not grade myself with an A. I am still learning to laugh at my mistakes.
Thank you for visiting my blog and inquiring about my Thanksgiving. It was low stress, which I really needed. We stayed home for the week rather than traveling to Texas. My sister in law make the turkey and dressing at her house and I toted the rest of the meal. This allowed me to get a head start on Christmas.

loved the eagle video; watching it flying was awesome!!

I liked the definition of class. I would also think class is being humble, not having to have the best place to sit, letting others go first, encouraging others, being kind to others, leaving a good impression where you have been rather than a negative one. I bet you have class already :)

How do I define class? Class is knowing how to forgive. Class often feels the right thing to do. Class has heart. Class is genuine.

Hi Chatty. I am catching up again after the holiday weekend. Am so in awe that you can blog every day. I didn't even have time to read every day (and I didn't even cook TG dinner!). Anyway, we had a great holiday with family which was wonderful for a change. I'm glad you did too.
