"Life is lived forward, but understood backward. It is not until we are down the road and we stand on the mountain looking back through the valley that we can appreciate the terrain God has allowed us to scale.” Jill Savage

HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Some thoughts for the day:

"Hope is like a road in the country; there was never a road, but when many people walk on it, the road comes into existence." ~ Lin Yutang

I think hope - whether it be just a tiny ember - like the end of a fire - or a huge thing as big as the log - hope is the one critical elements you have to have in life to keep going - without it - I think I life would be fruitess. What about you?

The continual looking forward to the eternal world is not a form of escapism or wishful thinking, but one of the things a Christian is meant to do.
- C.S. Lewis

But the question is can you do both?

Great pictures! How is the food there? I remember when this song was popular, I watched the video on MTV and there were cheerleaders on it. I think that is Toni Basil singing.

I heard that people who don't have even a little bit of hope tend to live shorter lives. I definitely have hope that there will be better days ahead, either in this life but definitely in the next one!

loved all the pictures of Grandson posing here and there. He seemed like he had a great time visiting with this and that character :)
