Fun Friday with a little help from my friends . . .

Thought for the day -
God never promises to remove us from our struggles. He does promise, however, to change the way we look at them.
- Max Lucado
Hopefully laughter is one way of achieving that - if only for awhile.

Reaction test

Don't blink !

The automobile driving manual says the average driver's reaction time is: .75 seconds or 1 car length for every 10mph. Test your average reaction time.

Be careful this can be addictive! You may be surprised at how slow you really are.

One winter morning a husband and wife in Watertown, NY were listening to the radio during breakfast. They heard the announcer say, "We are going t o have 8 to 10 inches of snow today. You must park your car on the even-numbered side of the street, so the snowplows can get through." So the good wife went out and moved her car.

A week later while they are eating breakfast again, the radio announcer said, "We are expecting 10 to 12 inches of snow today. You must park your car on the odd-numbered side of the street, so the snowplows can get through." The good wife went out and moved her car again.

The next week they are again having breakfast, when the radio announcer says, "We are expecting 12 to 14 inches of snow today. You must park....." Then the electric power went out. The good wife was very upset, and with a worried look on her face she said, "Honey, I don't know what to do.. Which side of the street do I need to park on so the snowplows can get through?"

With the love and understanding in his voice that all men who are married to Blondes exhibit, the husband replied, "Why don't you just leave it in the garage this time?"
(Thanks Cheri)

Have a great day - Chatty

that video with the hand dance was nice to see, imagine the countless hours they spent practicing.

Love the pictures of your family on your side bar, the twins are too cute and the baby is so cute and cuddly, cutest little fella. You must be such a proud gramma. I can't wait to be a gramma some day, I'm gonna love every second of it. I love being a mommy now too....but judging from the way my boys are growing, being a mommy won't last very long, they are growing way too fast.

Hi Sandie. Oh dear. I don't understand the parking on the snowy street joke. Am I lame or what? Please tell me why she had a problem of where to park? Take care, Honey. Susan

Hi there. I saw your comment on It's Random, but Relevant - To Me. It's the first time I have visited that Blog, but I am glad that I did, because it has brought me to your Blog! Your blog is just the sort I like (and I think our sense of humour is the same as well), so I hope you won't mind me following you from over here in England.
