A chill out day . . .

If you have seen Momma Mia (and I have one friend who has watched this as much as me - Jean - whose birthday was last month) - we have been Momma Mia friends since 1978! She lives in NC now and she'll call me listening to the CD of Momma Mia and just put it on the phone and we'll laugh and listen together! There is just something in that movie that moved us - the feeling of it - the joy of it - the friendship of it - the fun of it - etc.

This is one of the songs of Mama Mia in the background of some gorgeous pictures. So sit down with a cup of tea - turn up the music - and breathe - hope you enjoy this as much as I did!

Love Chatty

I want to say I am late in answering email and reading blogs - I am really sorry. This week has been hectic. B U T I will get to them in a few days. I promise.

Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.

That was lovely Sandi. I loved the picture of the little lop-eared bunnies.

I share your enthusiasm for Mama Mia, and anything ABBA. I've watched the movie a dozen times at least and sometimes put it on just for the background music while I'm scrapbooking. It strikes a happy chord within me.

Oh, I'm so with you on Mamma Mia! I absolutely love it. I have seen the stage version and watched the movie numerous times. Quite often I watch it when I'm on my exercise bike. It makes the time go so much quicker! Abba music is fantastic and I will never tire of it. As you say, it is real feel good music, and I adored Pearce Brosnan in the film!! I also love Meryl Streep anyway.

O' yeah!..my friend another thing in common, we must be sisters in another life.

I made a hot cup of cocoa, and turned it up, glad the Mr didn't come home he would have thought I'd lost it.
I had it blasting, played it twice.

Hope you are feeling ok?
Is anything wrong?..are you hurtn'?
You know you don't have to be so strong all the time, it's ok too share, with your bloggy buds.
Need anything?...maybe alittle pray?...I'm just a key-click away!

Loved the song, and Abba - but the sight (or I should say sounds) of Pierce Brosnan and Glenn Close singing was too much for me. Never did see the live show.

I love Mama Mia too. I am hooked on the music and the movie. My husband laughs at me and can't understand my addiction to it. It's a fun movie and nearly impossible to keep from singing and dancing along.

Hi Sandie! You know I'm always slow and way behind in blogs and e-mails the past few months. No worry on my part! Just knowing we blog buddies think of each other, and send good thoughts, is enough for me! Have a great weekend!

I just drank my morning coffee watching all the beautiful images pass by! Thanks for sharing. I love the music in the movie and like most men my Sweets is not a fan! But occasionally I force him to sit through this or Fiddler of the Roof. I do love a great musical! Anne
