Sunday's Gift to you . . .
Happy Sunday to you - here's a litte prayer -
"God, if I can't have what I want, let me want what I have." I don't know who wrote it, but I think it's a good one. What do you think? Some times simple is the best.
Hi Sandie, wow..how did you know I NEEDED to see that quote..I am struggling with the fact that I live 8hours from this baby..and thinking how much I don't like where I live baby or not..but I HAVE to learn to like what I have don't I? Dang girl, you hit it out of the ballpark today.

I like it; it talks about being content, not with what is happening in your life, but just with what you have and content with God who is in control and knows what is best :)
Our pastor did a whole sermon on that thought - using it as the perfect definition of contentment. May the Lord not always give me what I want, but always give me what He thinks I need.
