I love your quote of the week, and I love that Max Lucado passage. Both are beautiful thoughts...and great ways to live.

Max Lucado is a favorite of mine! He always says things so down to earth and so easy to understand; loved this quote of his!

This is really lovely, I like it so much that I have a few like it, so I will pass on this one, too. I'm waiting for the two or three I really want!
I am a follower :)
Have a great day!
Congrats to the winner!
I love Max Lucado! Thanks for posting this today.
Now you KNOW that I'll follow you to the ends of the earth...box or no box!...:)JP
Max Lucado is a wise man and I always love to see his quotes! blessings ~ tanna
I'm following. I'm following! ;)
I was out of town this weekend, and I am JUST getting caught up. I see this follower of yours missed chances already.
Oh well, jumping into the pot now.
I love the Lucado advice at the end. It kind of goes with a "Pray Big" post that I read on "Bits and Pieces" recently.
Congratulations to the winner!
What a sweet little box ~ it could certainly hold lots of lovely treasures!
xo Catherine
Sorry I wasn't able to stop by earlier this week. I had to go to Richmond yesterday for work stuff and wasn't able to get online at all! Now I've got a lot of catching up to do!
I love the quote and the thought of being very specific in prayer.
I'm so excited! Thank you SO MUCH!
i never win anything, so that is very unusual. i like the quote about telling God. i think God answers detailed prayers and also a single cry for help, Like Help Me Lord when nothing else will come
Hi Sandie, Do you find that people come to your blog out of the woodwork when you have a giveaway????? People love them --but how many people reciprocate? So many takers in this world and not many givers (like you)....
Love the Lucado quote today.
Hugs,
Betsy
Congrats to the winner! Love the quote!
Hi Sandie, I love the Lucado quote. I really like his books and have read several. Have a great day!
DARN. Cannot leave this comment unless it's anonymous. Google cracks me up. One day I can leave comments with my photo, other days, nope. Today's apparently a "nope" day.
Anyway, loved the idea of giving details of a request to God.
Take care, Sandie. Thanks for all your visits and comments to my blog. Susan from writingstraightfromtheheart.blogspot.com
How nice of you to giveaway stuff...Thanks for all you do.
Here I am again Chatty!! Congratulations to winner number 2. I absolutely love that quote at the top of your blog today about A smile being a light in the window ....
I'm a follower :)
Great post! Good luck to the winner! :)
I so, so loved that quote. Yes, tomorrow (Wed) I'm posting something about prayers to God. You're so right - He wants to hear it ALL - every last detail. He delights in hearing His children speak to Him - He cherishes their dependence on Him.
GOD BLESS!
I'd be interested in knowing also if you find more people are just coming to your blog because of the giveaway??? Anyway, congrats to the winner of the pretty red pitcher. And I love the quote of telling us how to pray! Enjoy your day!
OH I LOVE the Max Lucido quote, that is a new one for me too. Thank you for sharing!
Love to you...Carol

Sandy, my computer is stuck in some kind of weird mode, and I won't be able to get it to the geeks till next week when I get home. I'm out of town. Anyhow, I'm at a friend's house right now, borrowing her computer. Just didn't want you to think I had dropped off the earth.
XO,
Sheila
I love that quote! Really neat! And I am not just saying that to make a comment. However, I am commenting because I would specifically like to win.
congrats to Sandy
