"Life is lived forward, but understood backward. It is not until we are down the road and we stand on the mountain looking back through the valley that we can appreciate the terrain God has allowed us to scale.” Jill Savage

Tuesday - Want to feel good today - then . . .

My daughter sent this to me. My awe moment of the day. Isn't that sweet. No, no words are needed, but if they were - what would you title this?

THOUGHT OF THE DAY - Let's feel good today!

When you carry out acts of kindness you get a wonderful feeling inside. It is as though something inside your body responds and says, yes, this is how I ought to feel.

Devotion.

There is a man who lives in my mom's assisted living facility who is blind and has a dog to guide him. I love that dog - his name is Gabe - he is all business when guiding his person, but I loved it the first time he was off leash during his playtime and ran up to me with a stuffed animal in his mouth. He got to play for a couple of minutes. He's lovely.

Wow! This almost begs to be shown in Webster's under the definition of love!
This may sound weird, but the first title that popped in my mind was, "For better or worse ...."

I hope you are doing well and I hope I can start blogging again...still cry when I go to my blog because it's Gizzy's home and I'm not ready to revisit without bawling...I'm just not handling his death very well at all. (I'm such a wimp!)
