Graduation 2019

HOPE YOU HAD A NICE MEMORIAL DAY.
We need to remember those who served and those who gave
their lives - so that we may have ours and be free.
Thank you to all who have served their country.
My husband served during the Viet Nam war, but not it it.

GRADUATION DAY!

He is in the video almost at the end.

Our neighborhood graduates.

My son's family with the graduate.

Kids wearing their college tee.
He is in the back on the right and his girlfriend is next to him - on the left in green.  He is in white with a yellow lanyard.

Daughter and grandson.

Grandson and best friend.

Grandson and friend and their famous four year hand motion?? WHY???  Because they can.

Grandson and girlfriend.

DISCO

Disco has a routine - he is so smart.
He can somehow just tell when we are close to home.
He HAS to jump in the front seat when we turn into the neighborhood.
LOVES TO SIT IN hubs LAP and look out the window and SMELL.
He fits there perfectly.
We do this ever single ride.
He loves rides and hates baths.

Some thing to think about

I mean no disrespect - but they know or think they know
EVERYTHING -
Just Wait!!!
Not so easy being a grown up out of school.

Funny Joke

Do you know what this is?

Thought for the day:
I LOVE THIS.

Just starting out.

Just finishing last day of school.

Andy is headed into big things now with college. Does he have any idea what he wants his degree to be in and what he wants to do with it? A huge milestone for all of you. Congratulations to Andy and hope he enjoys and has a wonderful next four years.

Hi Sandie - love all the photos ... Andy's smile hasn't changed over the years ... he still looks so loving and outgoing. Congratulations to him and to one and all for being there for him. Disco knows!

Delightful and yes we need to remember those who gave their lives in the wars, those who lived with injuries, those who lived, those who worked behind the lines ... we must never forget - hope yours was a peaceful day - Hilary

AHHHH Girl! When I saw the picture on the alert I asked Sherry can you believe that? He was just a kid when I started following Chatty. Time sure flies and he has turned into sucn a nice looking young man! You have a right to be proud, but YES under 20 years of age, YOU KNOW IT ALL! But like us, they will learn there is a lot to learn. We just have to go thru that stage!
PROUD?
We know you are! I scanned down to see and remember all the pictures, you have a history lesson here! Love it.

Congratulations to Andy and his fellow graduates! Bittersweet for you, I'm sure, but here's to a bright future!
They do think they know everything, don't they? They'll slowly learn that they don't :P. I enjoyed the memes, and Disco is too cute.

Nice video. Congratulations! Love the photo with their college tees. Fun photos. That is sweet of Disco. I love when they know. Skye would always go lay near the door when it was close to Mark getting home from work. Skye doesn't like baths either. Sweet post.

I cried watching the video! Congrats to your grandson and his entire class! I'm sure they will do wonderful things in life if they carry the lessons learned during their school days and their faith in Jesus with them through the rest of their lives!! Good too that your other son and his family could come for the graduation! I liked the pictures of the class with their college tees. I hadn't seen that done before. Disco is too cute! New days ahead for all of you now that your grandson is off to college. You all did a great job raising him!!!

What wonderful images! Why, I remember when Andy was just starting out; can you imagine if we were to re-visit this day 10 years from now? Time is so slippery … like Kenny Chesney sings, "Don't Blink."

PS - Love that quote by Warren Buffet!

Oh, your grandson is just so handsome. Congratulations to him.
Now it's onward and upward!!
Love all the photos and I think that banner for your neighborhood is awesome.
What a way to personalize the congratulations.
Love your pup too and his intuitive nature.

Wonderful, wonderful pictures! I cannot remember if you said what is next for him. Both he and his girlfriend are beautiful! They are not on the left, they are actually on the right in the group picture. I loved roadrunner! And they never show repeats of it!

Congratulations to your grandson, Sandie. So many nice graduation pictures. I really like the one of him and his mom, maybe cause me and my son are so close. I like the bright shirt she's wearing too. That's a cute one of him and his friend making hand gestures. That will be special for him when he looks at it years from now. That's so funny that Disco loves rides and does not like baths haha. That is the most precious picture of your grandson when he was a little boy. I know his graduation day must have been a sentimental one for you. Wishing him many good years ahead and much happiness.

love, ~Sheri

What a great post! Congratulations on that handsome grandson and your beautiful family! Y’all are such Pretty People!
Your Disco is adorable! I had a dog once who knew instinctively when we were about to exit the highway to visit my mother. She would get excited at the same spot every single time!

Oh I am so overwhelmed specially seeing the last two pics, starting off and the High School.
Congratulations to your grandson and all of you !
Love the Warren Buffet advise. Is it OK if I give that one to my kids and grand kids?
I hope that all is well with. I have been having my share of crazy days but hopefully I shall start writing soon.
Take care of yourself.
