October 28 Halloween - I DON'T BELIEVE IN HALLOWEEN - YET I LOVE IT - IT IS JUST FUN AND COLORFUL AND HAPPY

MACKENZIE'S COSTUME

A BLUE ELEPHANT

Mackenzie - 5 weeks - tummy time.  She has literally turned over already - as she HATES it.

Do you get this????    ↓

I really don't believe anything about Halloween.  Just it is a fun Holiday for kids to get some candy. Have fun.  I do love the colors more than anything.  I never wear orange, but I love the color!  Yellow too!

Went to a play once in Atlanta, at the puppetry center and this was the way it was decorated.

A new word - lit - the kids use.  It does not mean drunk or drugs.  Just a fun time.

Cute cute halloween memes.... Mackenzie is going to be so cute in the little elephant costume.. hope you grab pictures (I know you will). When I was growing up, Halloween was simply about candy and having fun...Not ever was there any thoughts of scary stuff...just fun and games.

I really got a laugh out of your funny Halloween memes, Sandie. So cute! But not as cute as MacKenzie. Blessings!

The mummy or whatever it was, wrapped in TP was cute. I had fun at Halloween as a child and back then it wasn’t cool to keep trick or treating after a certain age. I think once the adults started dressing up, is when it got to be big business and it changed the innocence it once had. Now if you’re not dressed in some frightening way, they’re dressed up in seductive attire that leaves nothing to the imagination. 13 year old girls dressed like sexy witches, or hookers I just don’t get it.
Actually when I think of Halloween I think of the Zodiac killer. I remember one Halloween all the parents were freaked out because he wrote to the Chronicle about the trick or treaters. Now that was SCARY! 😱

These are all so great! My favorite, however, was the Real Live doll in her crib.

Mackenzie's little blue elephant outfit is darling. I can just see her in it. And she's already turning over! That is one fat cat. He ate too much pumpkin haha. And you'll have to tell me about the three weirdos looking at each other. Have a wonderful Autumn week, Sandie. Can't believe October is almost over. Seems like it went by quickly.

I love the cat and pumpkin one! We do not celebrate Halloween. I do have a small decoration for the grandkids, but it is always fall things for me. Hates turning over?

Love your Sweet Pumpkin and can't wait to see Her in that blue elephant costume.
I'm really not into Halloween now since its all about gore and suggestive things. I know I'm showing my age by being a bit bah humbug about it. We still give out candy but don't have many little kiddos in the neighborhood any more.

Remember Charlie Brown getting rocks in his bag at Halloween? Never would have happened but Charles Schultz could always make us laugh. Remember us treat or treating and using plain brown paper bags? We did anyway!
