"Life is lived forward, but understood backward. It is not until we are down the road and we stand on the mountain looking back through the valley that we can appreciate the terrain God has allowed us to scale.” Jill Savage

A single sunbeam is enough to drive away many shadows. -St. Francis of Assisi

Let the sun shine in! Be passionate. Live your life.

Attitude: The longer I live The more I realize the impact of attitude on life. (And may I add no pain no gain).

Attitude, to me, is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than success, than what other people think or say or do -

It is more important than appearance, being gifted, or skill.

It will make or break an organization, a school, a home.

The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.

We can't change our past.

We can't change the fact that people will act in a certain way.

We can't change the inevitable.

The only thing we can do is play the string we have. And that is our attitude.

"I am convinced that life is 10 percent what happens to me And 90 percent how I react to it.
And so it is with you." -- By Charles Swindell

React PURPOSEFULLY to life with joy. Oh, you can chose to act purposefully to life with sorrow or bitterness - it's all our own personal choice. I mean look at what is, don't ignore it, but don't give it more than it's due, then chose to flip the coin to the other side and and look for joy. (I did not say it was easy).

Life is full of wonderful choices and joy - it's right there for our taking - all we have to do is look. And if one door closes then open another. If you have a dream and you can't get there one way, then try another way. Just keep trying. That is what is important. Never give up.
