Saturday Meditations

"The epitome of the human realm is to be stuck in a huge traffic jam of discursive thought". Chogyam Trungpa

This means that the our reality feels like it is stuck in a huge traffic jam - passing aimlessly from one subject to another - rambling.

Do you want to take a risk and make a change just for ten minutes?

Then be silent. Feel the peace and freedom.

There is a quiet place behind the noise of thinking. It's there for us whenever we want it.

The first step is becoming aware of the traffic jam and admitting it is there - then to stop it with some silence - and feel the peace and freedom you experience.

Maybe then our minds will become clearer. (And then, maybe they won't - Lol)
