You are so right! That is how all phones should be answered! Plus I'm tired of trying to find information on bottles that have 3 and 4 different languages on them! And don't even get me started on the instructions that come with our products! I don't want to have to search for my language in those books! I have a book that came with my pressure cooker that half of it is in English and the other half is in another language. I should just rip it in half. I don't need the other side! I speak English!
