Thursday Inspirations . . .what I'm thinking about today...

"One of the things I learned the hard way was that it doesn't pay to get discouraged. Keeping busy and making optimism a way of life can restore your faith in yourself.” Unknown -

It can also restore your faith in others and in God.

"After all it is those who have a deep and real inner life who are best able to deal with the irritating details of outer life." - Evelyn Underhill

And this song - just heard it the other day and fell in love with it - being the romantic I am - I wish this for my daughter.

Love it...all!!! We had a witch in our Special Ed classroom that flew right into the surface of the window each year. Some witches never learn....heeehehehehe!!!

God bless and have a glorious fun day!!!

Loved the song, Sandie. I was just thinking as I was reading the words that it's sad that sometimes people can't remember WHY they fell in love with each other and allow those differences to be appreciated through the years. Mr. Magpie and I are as different as night and day, yet we compliment each other. We are alike where it counts... honor and love for God, and I'm thankful because that helps us to appreciate our differences.

Hey Chickie - I am thinking that we need to live closer to each other so we can hit a few thrift stores!

The witch picture at the top is hilarious!!! And a pretty song, I hadn't heard it before. Great pictures of different weddings, but I really like the words, especially about the bride not choosing Romeo! Now, THAT'S what it's all about!

that was such a sweet song, Sandie. I enjoyed seeing all the happy couples, always hope they can remain that much in love with each other for the rest of their lives

cute witch, LOL!

I liked that road sign too; I want the rest of my life to be memorable and to leave a legacy of love and compassion

God is on my mind today! Amazingly wonderful God!

Hi Sandie....Loved the video and witchie. What did I think about today? Well, for one thing, I'm VERY GRATEFUL today is Thursday. I've had a hectic week and tomorrow I MIGHT get a little down time despite still having lots to do.

So, hope you have a nice night, too.

I am thinking that I keep trying to stop by here to say things and keep getting interrupted before I make my post.

So while I listen to this song, I'm going ahead and posting a few things.

I don't think I posted on your "Eat, Pray, Love" blog post. I thought it was great and agree with your sentiments and liked the lines/things that you gave a "shout out" on the post.

AND I meant to tell you that I LOVED your comment on my Dennis Miller post. It was the perfect one. I loved how you pointed out the irony. Insightful people jazz me.

And OK... this has gotten long enough that the song is over. I loved it, too.

Whew. Got everything said that I have been meaning to say. And PTL, nothing interrupted me.

Who's "Chatty" now?
