Monday Musings

Happy Valentine's Day to everyone! Has cupid come by to see you yet? This is my cupid!

I noticed this morning taking the GS to school that it is light out - last week it was dark and now it is light - with no time change - SPRING IS COMING!

♥♥♥

Its time again. Tear up the violets and plant something more difficult to grow.
- James Schuyler

Now this means to me it's getting time to clean the body and soul and get it ready for spring time. To let go of the hurts and pains of the past or even do a fast or body cleanse (to spring clean the body)- and get it ready to feel happy and spring like.
Work on a challenge we have put off or think is too hard - we can do it!
I am going to clean the cobwebs out and make room for some new challenges.

I think I'm going to tackle weight - not a diet - but to feed my body healthier.

♥♥♥

FYI: Debbie is now awake and off the ventilator, however she is not talking yet. So thanks very much for the prayers - I do believe she is going to make it. I have no idea if there is any damage or not, but I will let you know. Thank you for the prayers.

♥♥♥
Another goal is that I'm going to try to keep my blogs shorter, only problem is I'm kind of a chatty gal!
Love, Chatty

Me too. I need to work on my body, especially the middle. If I can get that part smaller, I would be a happy camper. I agree, Spring is a time to clean out and plant the new. Here is to success for us all. Good news about Debbie. I will continue to keep her in prayer. How is that knee?

Oh, I am so glad about Debbie!! Why are you trying to shorten the posts, have some said they are too long? I hope you have a wonderful day. Sandie! I'm spending mine with our two littelest Valentines!

Happy V-day Sandie. I have to work on quite a few things myself. It's so hard because everything I want to do takes time...and I seem to have so little of it. I can't wait for Spring...longer days.

Hope you're having a great day!

Hi Sandie: Good goals. Concentration on health rather than weight is what I'm trying to do, too. Just got back from an hour's swimming.

Take care and on this day of love, have FUN! Susan

Happy Valentines to you too Chatty. Yes, isn't it wonderful how the days are really getting longer all of a sudden. Spring really IS only just round the corner. Amen to that? I am so pleased to hear about Debbie. I'm sure that there is a long way to go, so we must all keep her in our prayers. It is a time to look forward. I don't need to worry about weight as, since I've been in bed with this flu, I've gone down to 7 lb. 13 ozs! Lots of cream cakes to be eaten when I'm feeling better me thinks! Good post, as always.

LOL!!! You'll be getting really worried about me. That previous comment should have read 7 STONE 13, and not 7 lb. 13!!!!

Happy Valentine's Day to you!! Hope you have a great day.

Good, good news about Debbie - hope that the Lord continues to work miracles in restoring her health.

Cupid sent me flowers (!) and gave me three cards - he's such a sweetie!

And Jesus, the supreme Lover of my soul, brought me another beautiful, sunny day so I could praise Him again!

xoxo

I noticed the first light going into work the other morning. Yay! I love the mornings. Now if they would just leave this time change thing alone. Come April I will be going into work in the dark again for a few more weeks.
Happy Valentine's Day

We just barely made it to wish you a very happy Valentine's Day,
Sandie. I hope it was a pleasant day for you and my Cupid looks a lot like yours - LOL - but then I look a lot like that cupid myself ;-)

I'll keep remembering your friend, Debbie, in my prayers!
